She is a fb friend and is in same city we r talking on phonetics never met each other.after we were talking 3yrs only by telephonic but not met because of I m a government employee and duty was out of City.3yrs later I informed to the family about her and she was loved me but I haven't because I trusted on family process but my family was ready.25yrs ago both family had disputed because of my mom catched up her family members in thiefing jwellor in my home and her family members got badnaami.thats why her family was ready for marriage but not a traditional.her family came to my home not only for marriage ,they warned me and my family that revenge badnaami ka badla badnaami se in fake case.ow they have successed. Now she complained about fake FIR about forcefully raped,dowry demand and pregnancy abortion.i have all the evidence against her fake FIR.but she has the evidence our what's app message, calling record.on the period of marriage talking with both the family, she was pre-plann

As per your issue of fake FIR I think you have two remedies first you produce your entire favorable evidences before the investigation officer and supervision authority with request to investigate the case in justified manner and the second remedy is from judiciary in which you have option to file anticipatory bail supported by your favorable evidences and you may also file a quasing before the high court supported by your evidences against the FIR and pray for interim protection from custody and till then you have sufficient time to think the solutions and for fair investigation.
