I have around around 4 years relationship which has started in 2018 on mutual consent of marriage. In this 4 years period he is continuesly using me physically and no he is denying to get marry

what is your query? If two major, mentally sane persons voluntarily enter into sexusl relation then as such there is no crime. decision of marriage is a personal choice. As per law in given circumstances no crime is committed.
