Sexual harrasment and verbal abuse in the institute. Any evidence requ

If any option is there, I will definitely go for court case . I want to very specific that I was studying in an institute, there few people abused me and then I was not able to study there . Is there any possibility that court punish the people in institute who abused me verbally and physically or any evidence is required to show in court for any physical and verbal abusement. What kind of evidence is required . I do not want tolerate any abusement

If you wants to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area explaining them about the said offence and tell them to register a FIR regarding the harassment. If they fail to then approach the court under section 156(3). For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

firstly you have to file criminal compalin in your police station and police will make inquiry and you have to told date time of incidence etc... if your case is from delhi contact us for free legal advice

If you had already made a police complaint and the police hasn't taken any action yet and did not lodge any FIR against the culprits, then you may file a petition in court for the directions to be given to the police station to lodge your FIR and prosecute the accused persons. Prima facie, a complaint is sufficient to get your FIR lodged against the accused persons but at a later stage, you would require evidences/ witnesses to speak in your favour in court to win the legal battle. evidences can be of many kinds. for detailed information you may consult me.
