Sexual Conspiracy against me to defame me and my family.

Sir I am Engineer by profession and work in MNC in Delhi.I got Divorced 3 year back with mutual consent .After 1 year of divorce I had small arguement or issue with my neighbour regarding car parking and there was no police complaint or any FIR for that.But My neighbour to harm me and defame me and my family and to cause us financial loss contacted my Department head (I dont know he bribed him or what relation they have)and told him a false story that I am divorced and got divorced because he is impotent and said many other bady things to him about me.Now my department head has started sexual harrasment of mine and he is forcing me to resign.I dont have any evidence that how they contact each other.Can you please suggest that any legal action can be taken against these people. regards

If you have been subjected to sexual harassment then please notify this issue to the internal complaint committee of your company or the HR. Do make them register you complaint through email or WhatsApp so that you also have a prove of it. Further you may take the help of local police if there is no committee as such. Defamation lies against your neighbours. And when the divorce is by Mutual Consent there’s no point of impotency and all. You can always file a complaint against your neighbour or an FIR can also be registered under section 500 ipc.

hello client as i can see is serious in nature i agree. as tge matter you have mentioned is veey serious sexual harrasment as well as it also cimes under the matter of defamatiom and it also cover the clause of liberty of life . in your matter we nees to immidiTelly need to move to directly high court so a proper kegal action can be taken agaisnt both your nebhiour as well as agaist your department head as well you do not worry you will be safe but take action on urgent basis.
