I've filed FIR against assault but the police betrayed me saying the case can't stand n i should take it back . They took a hand written letter but now they have bailed the accused and asked me to come and give statement. They are making me run here n there again and again harrasing me and my family members mentally. They even wrote the accused statement in my sister's statement and cheated us . As I don't even know the procedures right they are harrasing us mentally. Please help me what to do.

Dear Sir, You have to immediately get all the documents from the Police Station by filing application under the provisions of RTI Act regarding your complaint etc. Further, you may go to Court of Magistrate and file private complaint. Thus, a criminal case will be registered against other side and if any case is registered against you it can be quashed by the High Court.
