Mr. X working as GM-Research & Development at Denso International Pvt. Ltd is exploiting girls giving false commitment of marriage .He exploits the females physically and mentally as long as possible and take undue advantage of their condition.
He was in relationship with me for almost a year. A month back i got to know that he is married, from another girl whom i reached out somehow to whom he was also cheating but the only difference was to her he stated he is undergoing divorce because she was also undergoing divorce. Everything about his age, address, relationship status, company he works for was a lie and that is what he has been doing for years which now has been exposed.
He was aware of that i had two similar cases which i filed in the past against 2 other people in 2014 & 2015.
I am not sure if i can take an action against him. Please advice
you can surely take criminal action against the guy. you can mention all the instances of the past as well as what he's been doing with other girls. exploitation of girls at workplace and otherwise is a very serious offence and should not be taken lightly

mam, surely you could file the case against him, there is no embargo upon you.you should give complaint to the police about the events happened with the relevant evidences if any with you.
