You may file a complaint with nearest police station against him. The complaint has to be meticulously written under the supervision of a criminal side advocate. You got to write instances properly to make out a case against him.

you can file an FIR police station nearby you and he may also be called. Also you can file a criminal complaint against him under section 376 of IPC also you have to show the proof that he has made promise that he will marry you. If there is any physical relations with you and him? If yes, then certainly it means that he has forced you under the said sexual intercourse on the pretext of false marriage.
