Sexual abuse from uncle and emotional abuse from father

I've been groped by one of my uncle when I was 19. He first asked me for a sexual favours and when I refused he squeezed my breasts tightly touched me overpowering me. When I informed my parents, they ignored me thinking I was bluffing. Infact my father have started abusing me emotionally. Death threats, beatings,and using foul words unnecessarily. It's been more than 1.5yrs the incident took place but I've been disturbed mentally and have turned paranoid
You are facing right now is Post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), which is common among the victims, for this you need closure from the incident that happened with you, for that you can either try therapy or medicine help or meditation. To punish your uncle you need to wirte a letter to your nearest police station, tell them the whole story and give your statement to the police. Tell them to investigate if they don't Investigate due to the time which has been passed write another email/ letter to their seniors saying the reason for delay and go and meet the seniors in person so that you can get some relief. also you should not wait so long for filing the complaint against the uncle. give the complaint in writing or oral complaint will also work fine. with oral complaint you won't have any proof that you went to filed the complaint other than police statement

File a written complaint/FIR at the nearest police station / womens cell describing the uncle’s sexual assault and your father’s threats and beatings, and insist on an acknowledgement; if police refuse, escalate by written complaint to the SP/DCP and, if needed, file an application / private criminal complaint before the Magistrate for directions; parallelly, you can also file a case under the Domestic Violence Act in the Magistrate’s court to obtain protection, residence rights and compensation for the abuse at home, while preserving every piece of evidence such as messages, call logs, witness names, medical or counselling records, and also reaching out to a One-Stop Centre/NGO for shelter, counselling and legal aid support this combined approach ensures both criminal accountability for the assault and ongoing legal protection from family abuse.

You need to immediately approach the local police station and file complaint against your uncle for sexual abuse. Since the incident is of one and half years earlier when you were minor foxo complaint can be filed against your uncle. in that event he will be get arrested by dipawali authorities. since your father is not cooperating with you kindly take your mother into confidence and proceed with matter.
