Can someone book me under IPC & PITA for having private sex with prostitute in hotel

If the Prostitute herself says that you had raped her, then, you can be booked. Moreover, Police can accuse and book girl of doing Prostitution under “The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956”. According to this law, Prostitution is not allowed in Hotels. Police can ask you to provide proof of your relationship, which merrly married couples can provide.
