Hi I want to understand, if someone established physical relations with a women in the name of a serious relation leading to marriage and a verbal contract where families are involved. by the end the guy walks out without any remorse or reason. And also is a repeat offender of such behavior. What are the options to get justice.

It is nothing but a offence of rape and you can approach the police with support of your family members and local leaders and see that such case is registered against him and get marry him if you like him. Otherwise see him behind the bars by providing your oral evidence as well as circumstantial evidence.
