Sex on pretext of marriage by a married man

I was involved in sex with a married man who did everything on pretext of staying together. I have proofs where he told me things are not working between him and his wife. There is nothing as such between him and his wife. Now he told me everything was a lie, he never love me. I have all the messages and call recording. He was also making plans to run away from the country.
Could you please help me what all cases I can book against him.

it is a valid case of Rape. and the person involved can be booked under various sections of IPC including Rape, cheating. However it is upto you what relief you are looking for. it is difficult to have any pecuniary relief in this case means that you can not ask for money but he will be behind bars and will be punished under sections of IPC.
