Severe family harassment query

Hi, I have been suffering from IBS for the past 7 years and the main cause is my family. I am suffering from multiple health issues and trauma because my mother remarried to some psychopath who has ruined my career. I am severrly traumatised and alone and I am being severely mistreated. Could you please let me know what legal action can be taken since I have eustachian tube dysfunction as well as Irritable bowel syndrome and I am suffering from multiple health issues?
