Session Court Bail grant concern

30-Jun-2024 (In Criminal Law)
My husband was duped in a job recruitment scam by a third party who is now missing. He reccommended the third party to a client for a railways job, the client paid money in cash to the third party through him. Offer letters were sent to the client which turned out to be fraud. The client filed a case against my husband and his bail was rejected at local court. Chargesheet was filed. What to do now? Sections applied 34, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471

you can file a bail application before the highcourt but it takes around 6 to 8 months because the highcourt is slow and overburden so hire any good advocate for bail and usually highcourt gives a bail in such type of cases
