Serious injury but police filed case in Normal Crpc .

5 family member is seriously injured which is attacked by our neighbours by axe and rod but police registered FIR in normal Case, medical not done properly and crimnal moving free with help of police . We try to give complaint SP and other officer but not taken any action by police and chargeshit not submitted in court.

First question, why medical was not Done , second : is there any cross FIR against you all ! Provide all Details, if it’s really as per your submissions then Definitely Proper action will be initiated!
