Hi there, I understand it's a very difficult situation to be in, you can anytime leave your parental home and stay where you want. However you must before leaving your parental home should assure you are finally strong and the person who will give you shelter is reliable. All that has been stated above by you are offence punishable by law. For all the different offence that was committed on you, you can file cases court case if you wish. you can also get protection order under the Domestic Violance Act, the act provides protection, shelter in your own home, financial aide etc by your own parents and no one will be able to touch or harm you in any manner. Also for the the sexual harrasment you can file an FIR or straight away institute a case in the court. Take care

You can obviously leave your parents house But most importantly write a complaint through speed post to SP and State Women Commission and also dial 1090 and make oral complaint there also. You will definitely get proper redressal.
