seller partook in cheating and threatening

I wanted to buy 20 rupee vada pav. i gave 200rs note. I forgot to collect , i came back 2 mins later . he had hidden note and claimed i gave 20 . also he held a big scissor and threatened to stab me . before all this , he doesnt know it but i stole 10 rupee madhurvada. this happened 3 days ago . i was scared to report . but i dont want him to do this to others but i also dont want lifelong repercussions for him . I would support restorative justice. I am 15 yrs old . should i file FIR ?

Dear Sir, You can file FIR through your guardian because Police may not believe your words and please inform that they would be some danger if you lodge complaint against such business person. Forget about that incident and learn lesson from that incident. There are others to correct that person and you being too young so you need not do social work at this tender age.
