Well, I have to read the terms and conditions of your Bail Order based on which you have been granted Bail by the Court. If under such terms and conditions, it has been written, that, you cannot travel abroad without the permission of the concerned court, then, we have to prior seek the permission of that court.

1. You should first approach the High Court which has granted you bail and file an application for seeking permission to travel abroad. In the said application, you should mention the reasons for your travel. 2. Most importantly, you should get your matter listed before High Court by mentioning the matter stating your urgency and get your FIR quashed once and for all.
