What legal actions can be taken in Maharashtra, India, when a girls ex-partner is threatening them to resume the relationship against her will, coercing them into having sex, and making threats to harm others and defame them? Additionally, the ex-partner is using the threat of sharing intimate photos on social media as leverage.

The only thing can be done is reach the nearest police station and lodge a criminal complaint against the person who is threatening you to safeguard yourself from future threats or any mishap about to happen.

In such a circumstances a detailed complaint may be filed before the nearest police station. The complaint needs to be meticulously drafted under the supervision of a counsel to make out the ingredients of the offence.
