Seeking for bail for my father

My father got arrested on 7 september 2021. Since then i applied two time but both time bail got rejected.

Under which section he was arrested…??? Is the IO filed the chargesheet in the court. If no then it’s also a good ground for bail. And if yes then you can always apply again in the same court with the changes in circumstances. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
