Hi - I filed a criminal cases against section 354,506,509,446 in the year 2016. Now i am married and dont want to fight and want to withdraw. WhAT IS THE PROCESS. This is against state versus chandan baidya. Please advise the steps.My hearing for prosecution evidence is on 19th feb 2020.

In your case application is to be moved in the High Court for the quashing of the FIR. In non compoundable cases these only can only be quashed by the High Court, Supreme Court permission or by the parliamentary proceedings. Judge is to evaluate whether the case is fit for the quashing or not because each and every case is different from others and it is to be evaluated separately
