You can lodge an FIR against him if he do rape and have forcefully makes relation with you without your consent as soon as possible lodge an FIR and get your medical done if you want justice or tell me complete facts if want to know more

firstly give a written complain of rape to the nearest police station regarding the incident..if the police raises the issues of jurisdiction..asked them for registering zero FIR and they will forward it automatically to the concerned police station
