Amit was a professional photographer. He used to keep photo developing material at home which was poisonous. On one of the days when he fell ill he asked his wife Aditi to give him medicine. She kept the medicine close to the poisonous material and he swallowed the poison and died. She got scared and took the help of his gardener Shambhu Babu to pack the body and dispose it off in a nearby well. body was recovered in decomposed state and Aditi was charged for murder of her husband. She confessed

there was no intention of murder , there was negligence on her behalf but that doesn't amounts to murder it's an accident, later she tried to hide the truth which amounts to offences for intentionally trying to remove the evidence.
