Section 354(5)(1)(2) and 66 sub sections and relief

I had an extra marital affair and my ex girl friend has filed an FIR against me for threatening and abuse. The bail was granted and now the charges have been filed in the sessions court. Due to grave affection I have threated her so that she does not stop talking to me but she has done an FIR and I am extremely guilty of whatever is done. The next hearing date has come, can discharge application be successful. Everything was mutual, I have never imposed any pressure on her, that is also clearly written in FIR. Please suggest how can I save myself. What should be the legal steps which can help the case to be closed soon.

I need to see the FIR. Whether Chargesheet has been filed in your case? Whether you have filed for quashing of FIR in the High Court? or you are talking about the Discharge Application in the lower trial Court? If everything was mutual, then do not worry, I can get FIR registered against you as qusshed.

For quashing petition you should have strong case. You have to give all the material between your girl friend and you to make a case to advocate. All is depends on you case and fir registered with police. Alternatively you can fight out your case before sessions Court.
