Sec 354nd & 354a against my Ex lover

My ex BF was stalking me and harassing me by sending me mails form fake ID for quite a long time. Hence i decided to file and FIR against him. for which he was called to police station and he applied for Anticipatory bail in which he submitted a reply putting false allegation on me that he was stalking me because I owe him few lakhs of rupees . Please help me undrestanding if can this create an issue for me later ? What shouild i do or take any action on this matter.

If you have filed an FIR against him under sections of 354 and he has filed anticipatory bail then it is obviously that he will have his defense. You got to place on record the proofs that you have with you to prove the allegations.

Is an anticipatory bail granted to him or is matter going on in the court. If it is not granted we can file a protest petition against him. And if bail is granted we can file for cancellation for bail

The fake allegation that you owe him few lakhs of rupees will not create any issue for you later. If he alleges that he has given you some amount, it is his obligation to prove to the court that some amount has been given by him to you. Stalking is an offence and he will be punished by the court.
