Sec 340 procedure in High court in bail case

sisterin law given a false affidavit with bail appl( rejected ) in sessions court, her signatures are forged and she has shown her as a married woman whereas she is unmarried. The same lady in bail application affidavit in HC as unmarried and signature different from the previous affidavit . querry i-that if I file an applic u/s sec 340 in HC where her bail appli is yet to be heard what will be the action by HC . if HC accepts my sec 340 appl and she withdraws bail appl. Fate of my 340 appl
