ha , agar apke naam par FIR hai aur aap police ko mil gye mauke par to police aapko arrest kar legi lekin ye baat is par bhi nirbhar karti hai ki aapke upr konsi dhara lagi hai agar FIR chhoti dhara me hai to police aapko arrest nahi kar skti hai

If you go by the books then an investigating officer (In your case CO) should always hear the accused and take all the collected evidence in to consideration before arresting the accuse. But in practicality they can arrest you on thier will all they have to show is a probable cause.
