Sc St attrocity case stated as false by public prosecutor of add court

Dear Madam/Sir,
I have filed a sc St attrocity case in 10-05-2018 and recently I got a notice from concerned police station stating that the complaint was false and which was received on 28-03-2019 with back date 10-03-2019 and I am the victim of this attack and I need proper justice.
Can u please advise me in which way I can further proceed in this case and what are all the measures to be taken care to contest in this case.
I need justice and they want to force close this issue.
Kindly advise and help me madam/sir

Dear Sir,
You have to file protest to the said B Report (no case report) in the concerned court. Thus it will converted into Private Complaint and you are allowed to lead your own evidence and then summons will be issued by the Court. If interested then come to my office.

1. The IO would have filed B report with jurisdictional court by now. I suggest you to get the copies of the investigation reports from court through a lawyer.
