Supreme Court Judge quashed my matter. Now my wife torturing and threatening me that she will reopen the quashed cases by supreme court. If i do not plan child with her immediately. I tried to explain my wife that i want to concentrate on my career and financial I want to be strong before having a child. But she is not having trust on me. The brief answer is no she cannot but she can always file a new complaint based on a different offence. The overall picture looks extremely grim. You were at first coerced into marriage now you are coerced into having a child. Do not give into these threats, seek legal advice and reconsider your relationship. Someone threatening you will not concede and this may entangle you in multifarious litigations. I would advise you to keep records of her threatening you.

Hi, Since the case/complaint has been quashed by the Supreme Court the same case may not be reopened. However, it may be possible for your wife to file a fresh police complaint. You can take certain preventive steps to curb this issue. Please feel free to contact me for any further assistance.
