Sale of Motor Vehicle after recovery from Police / court

My car was stolen and Police found the same. The car was released back to me after getting court order by submitting Guarantee. Can I sell the car?
Of course you can sell when you are the owner of car without any hesitation. Keep all the records properly and even court order copy with you and sell the same what is stopping you to sell your car when every thing is settled by the court

U have released the vehicle please see your case has been closed and when ur case is closed u can sell it but till disposal of case so enquire and later sell it as there is condition of court to release not to sell till disposal of your case.
