As i had given a vehicle FC renewal for a RTO broker, form past 1 year he is saying i will give till date fresh fc card is not given. every time BROKER updated false statement

Dear Sir, You may get issue a legal notice and a copy of the same may be sent to the RTO concerned informing that such and such broker committing cheating and not ready to updated fresh fitness certificate. You may go to Consumer Forum or Civil Court claiming damages against such broker.
