RTI query regarding a criminal case

A criminal case was filed at the Kilimanoor Police station who filed the complaint with the Kudappakkunnu Court in Thiruvananthapuram District , the criminal case is 186/89 filed in Sept 1989 when asked for a copy under RTI Act 2005 or reference of order passed by the court from the District Court Thiruvananthapuram has yielded Nil results. An appeal filed with the State Information Commissioner in July 2023 so far there is no reply. It is feared that the file of the case has been tampered

If the file of the case has been tampered with, you can lodge a complaint before the Judge. Judge will take note of it and pass relevant order for the Registry to investigate whether the case file has been really tampered with or not!
