Robbery in Railway Yard in Mumbai city and Captured my photo only....

My photo has been taken by the railway yard officer and I have been accused of theft. It has been 6 months since this incident. I have not received any call or message from the police. Will this have any impact on my CA career or not?

Well, It will not impact your Career, if FIR has not been lodged against you. You are overthinking. However, if FIR has been lodged against you, then, kindly share, after reading sections of it , will tell you, how such lodging of sections can impact your career

Well, if FIR has not been lodged yet, then, you need not worry by overthinking a lot. Without FIR, no Criminal Case can be registered against anyone. FIR can be lodged either by Police or by Magistrate via Private Criminal Complaint, in your case, if FIR has not been lodged yet, then, you are not safe
