RIGHT TO EDUCATION VIOLATION not giving reexamination option under 8th

is it legal for schools in Lucknow to not give report card,detain students in class 8th or tell them to take TC without giving a chance for re examination

hello sir aapke bacche ka agar report card school mein nahin diya hai to aap mujhe Jo hai sar unko bhijwaiye aur puchiye ki aapane kyon nahin diya reason bataiye jo bhi problem ho sar unko dijiye aakhir mein Aisa vah bacchon ke sath kyon kar rahe hain baki jankari ke liye aap hamen call kariye aapke bacche ka agar report card school mein nahin diya hai to aap mujhe Jo hai sar unko bhijwaiye aur puchiye ki aapane kyon nahin diya reason bataiye jo bhi problem ho sar unko dijiye aakhir mein Aisa vah bacchon ke sath kyon kar rahe hain baki jankari
