If a college student have a criminal case fir gainst him then is college have right to dismiss from the college?
An order of dismissal must be preceded by an enquiry conducted by a committee of the institution. But an order of dismissal cannot be passed merely due to the pendency of an FIR. You can file complaints before Ministry of Education and also before High Court for setting aside the order of dismissal
