Right of Senior Citizen's Jurisdiction to file Complaint

I am a Senior Citizen R/O Hyderabad,my Sister R/O West Godavari in order to grab my property in West Godavari has created Fake Pro-Note and also fake agreement to sell property they have forged my signatures. I have all the Prima Facie evidence but police is not registering my complaint in Hyderabad. They ask me to go to West Godavari Dist. Some one said if you can prove the forgery, under the senior citizen act you can file complaint in any District is it true how can I proceed?

Sir/Madam, For once let's forget the senior citizenship act and talk the logics.. Where is the crime of offence happened->West Godavari Where is the Property located->West Godavari Even if the Hyderabad police registers the case then the case gets transferred to which Police ->West Godavari The investigation will be done by the West Godavari police , So if they want to ask you any questions where should you travel to -> West Godavari. So wheresoever the place is like Eluru/Mogalturu/ any other West Godavari district... visit the local PS and register a complaint there for a quick and a smooth process.
