Require anticipatory bail lawyers in Varanasi

No FIR registered as yet , but anticipatory bail is required for fear of counter FIR being filed by a cheating lady under 376 against me as I have filed an FIR under IPC 406 and 420 against the accused lady

Hello... yes you can file anticipatory bail application either in sessions court or in hon'ble high court...you have to mention your reason for filing this application... But what about 376 you are talking about it is not clear...kindly provide full information... Thank you
