Request legal aid for forging my signatures from my younger brother.

07-Nov-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am married women (F/43), elder daughter to my parent. It came to my recent notice that my younger brother(M/39) living with my old parents without my knowledge has opened a savings bank account in my name with forged specimen signatures and depositor signatures, When I asked for reason he informed rudely that my father told to sign the forgery signatures and told to file/challenge a case against him and he is ready to face any legal proceedings. Please advise how to proceed with such forgery.

Well, he is so aware that you will not initiate any civil or criminal legal proceedings against him, so only he dared you to challenge him in court. In fact, it's the only best option you can do; however try to approach that bank and you can close that account directly also. However, there are certain factors to note that, the bank needs KYC and other authentication factors to keep that specific account active. so how come your brother managed to forge all these?
