Reporting rape incident at workplace
22-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My sister was raped at her workplace by fellow colleagues 2 months back. Due to the trauma faced she couldn't report the incident then. Now she has been facing repeated threats of defamation of character and cases of misconduct and that she would be murdered or worse if any legal action is taken.
Dear Sir
You may immediately approach High Court or Police Commissioner as it is very sensitive matter and needs to be handled higher police officers. If you do not lodge complaint at least now then the situation will be worsened. Think of the future and take drastic steps. If required social networking may be used.
