Replacement Of Public Prosecutor By Private Advocate

Can a person who made a complaint of criminal offence change the APP by his private council for continuing of his trail
Please see section three hundred and two of Criminal procedure code and you will undersatnd. Also read articles on the said topic. It is not so easy and APP cannot be replaced by private advocate only he can assist the APP. If you like my answer then give me Five Star Ranking

No he cannot change the App but yes an application can be filed by a private lawyer who can assist the public prosecutor for your case and also can keep a watch on trial proceedings, so better ask a private lawyer whom you trust to file application and look into the matter.
