Repair of Mobile phone set. Fraudulently whole machinery has been repl

Sir My Mobile Phone was struck up. So I went to a Shop for repair. After opening the set the mechanic told. It requires Display replacement. I trusted & agreed for repair. He told to collect next day. Next day when I went to his shop. He told he could not arrange for display so cannot repair it. He returned the mobile. When I checked the set. Whole machinery of set was replaced with a old machinery. I questioned him. He did not accept it. I have been betrayed it's loss of Rs15000. My question is how to lodge complaint against him in police station because consumer court would take lot of time. nPlease Help.

No you can file only consumer complaint because it's not the two diction of any police station and if you have not any documentary proof whether you gave The phone to the shopkeeper then it's not possible to any authority to be decided thanks

Hello you can move application before police in writing but it must disclose commision of offence by accused. criminal complaint can also be filed before court. consumer court how ever is your best remedy. Regards JS Gill Advocate
