20-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am an Hindu Women. On my Complaint an FIR was registered during 2013 U/S 468 & 471. No further investigation until based on an agreement to settle with Monetary benefits (Crores) and a paltry advance received, I withdrew the Case (FIR) based on the unregistered Agreement with an undated due date. Now, 3 1/2 yrs. passed neither I am settled nor any reply from the opposite party. nWhat am I to do to get back the remaining dues ? Want to approach the same police station where based on the agreement the case was withdrawn, to give petition for non fulfillment of the agreed terms ?nSuggest.
