I got scam call and huge amount got transferred via bank. I need to send notice to bank to release back money. This is been requested by local police to contact lawyer.
Dear Sir,
First get register Cyber Crime FIR which will be a base for your allegations. Thereafter you can get issue a legal notice to the Bankers to return the amount and also pay compensation for their negligence if failed you may approach Banking Ombudsman or Consumer Court.
