If the Criminal complaint is filed in counter blast to the already filed FIR by the opponent you need not worry. He will have to prove defamation and other offences alleged based on the evidences in his possession else the case will die without any outcome against you.

Since the police have already filed a chargesheet under IPC Sections 323, 504, and 341, and not under the more serious sections 354 or 506, the accused can argue that the allegations were exaggerated or unsupported by evidence. The complaint now filed under BNS 348 and 356(2) appears to be a counterblast or retaliation. You should move an application under Section 482 CrPC before the High Court to quash the criminal complaint on grounds of abuse of process and lack of prima facie case. Collect all documentary evidence and witness statements to support your case.
