I am a small Instagram/YouTube meme/humor creator.Received Google notice that they disclosed my account details in Delhi High Court CS(COMM) case.One old cricket meme YouTube Short was removed on 30 March 2026 as per court order.Case pending. No summons yet.Video already removed, won’t post similar content.Please advise:1.Realistic risks for small creator?2.Wait for summons or act now?3.How to handle quietly with minimum cost?

Q: Can complainant ask judge to refer civil dispute to arbitration

Complainant had filed private complaint of defamation. Police investigation now conclude matter is civil dispute. Can complainant ask judge to refer the dispute to arbitration and can arbitrator arbitrate false complaint of defamation?

Not at all possible to refer a criminal defamation complaint to arbitration. Since arbitration is majorly confined to civil dispute involving contractual or commercial rights. Further, the remedy lies in filing a civil suit for defamation before the jurisdictional court. Thanks

Q: Question regarding benefits for a heart patient in criminal cases

A criminal chargesheet is filed against me in District court. But I'm a heart patient and I had 2 heart operations. So my question is how can I file my hospital documents in the court and what's the procedure for it. And what benefits I can get because of heart operations record and my health.

Move an application under relevant provisions along with bail/revision/miscellaneous application before the concerned court. You may request for grant of exemption from physical appearance on grounds of your health. The court might show some leniency towards you.
