Sir /maan there was a family property dispute is going between my father/my relative i am a upsc aspirant. A fir is done against my father my mother my brother and me in ipc 506 (jaaan sa marna ki dhamki) which is fake the incident in fir is of that time when i am a minor n 17.9 years at the time of fir i amadult 18.10 final report also summited in it by but ft is pending to accept and the victim of fir is also death natural but now my aunty who is no victim put a application of crpc 256 to protest in this fr but this applicatin is also pending n1 ( can she protest in it please help me )n2 can this case get reopen because real victim is deathn3 my aunty is in government job she want to destory my career because iam a topper student since childhood in enimity of property disputen4 .what is the impact on my career of thise casen5.court not summed me or my family but summed the victim n6.
