Reinvestigation of the murder case by CBI

Hi, my brother has been murdered by 9 ppls, police arrestee them and filed charg sheet, three of them are out side the jail now on the bail, the charge sheet filed by police is not as per statment given by vitness, some of stament is not even taken from vitnesses but police wrote with their mind and filed the charg sheet in the court, now due to week charg shet accusers are coming out one by one and three of them already out, i need your opinion that what we should do still case is not started, seems they have saved some peoples in the investigation . can we request for reinvestigation by CID/CBI ?
You can complaint to CBI for intervening into investigation.
Also you can file complaint through your Advocate to magistrate u/s 156(3) asking police for progress in the investigation. Your Advocate can take strong objection to bails of accused stating their possibility of tampering witness , evidence

If the police have not done proper investigation as you are claiming then you can approach the state govt for CID probe. If state govt doesn't listen to your request then you can approach HC under 226 and file WRit petition asking for fair and impartial investigation by an independent agency.
