Reinvestigation of a case after filing charge sheet

Investigation officer has not done proper investigation and also supported the accused persons and manipulated the case details also changed the witnesses and charge sheet filed. Now my question is can we ask for reinvestigation of case with another official.

hi yes you coulf ask for reinvestigation of the case by filing petition in the high court to direct the re investigate the matter as the charge sheet is filed without including the necessary witness amd that the case files had beem tampered with
