regular bail rejected by high court in 307

Sir,we applied for anticipatory bail in 307 in patna high court but that was rejected saying that apply regular bail the person surrender before court and already in jail for three months but high court patna still rejected the regular bail too.pls tell what is the way ahead in this case?
in this you can again apply for bail in HC after six month of rejection of bail to same bench with suitable defence. the other remedy left with you to move Supreme court or file Quashing of FIR in HC but very less chance that you will get sucess in this, so better option with you is refiling it after expiry of six month.
