Hello,I have 498A case running in Patna Civil Court, now it is agreed to compromise the case. I have two options either I can quash the case or go with the trial.Seeking some advice on which path would be best for me in terms of time considering the current situation (COVID) of the Patna Civil and High court.

send legal notice as soon as possible because limit legal notice in case of cheque bounce. if no reply within 30 days then you can file complaint case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act.

Q: How to reduce or stop Maintenance Crpc125 Order.

I am an Army person, presently posted in Leh. I got final order Crpc125. Amount is not mentioned in the order. Order is 25% of salary per month from date of Application. Crpc125 was filed 5 year before. So, Arrears is very high. Maintenance amount is also very high. Court has written in the order Army has to decide and issue a letter how soldier has to pay. She is a Beautician and earning well. She sometimes do service in beauty parlour. Most of times she do beauty services to customers on call at their home. I had already submitted her beautician technical course certificates and previous work experience certificate in the Arrah family court. but couldn't got benefit of documents because I couldn't appear in most of hearing. So I got such high order against me. Sir, what should I do now? how can I reduce/stop maintenance? Please advise.

you can challenge the order in higcourt and contest their. if you able to proof she is earning and can maintain her self well, you will get rebate on maintenance. is you maintain your parents also. if yes then plea that also.
