Regarding writ petition where pendency is since 20 years

In pending litigation can we file wit petition in gangster case since pending for 20 years where prosecution filed fake documents FIR Chargsheet and other supputing documents while accused is suffering with depression.

Hello you have to filed in HC for quashing if the matter is pending since 20 years. kindly message me your matter I need to see your documents your chargesheet FIR then only I can tell you what you have to do
